Hey everyone, it has been a long time I am just not able to keep pace with my blogging but I'll try to be as frequent as possible.So no more blabbering, you must be aware of my obsession with eyeliners..somehow I just love to wing it out.Well this product is in my life for a very long time and was supposed to be reviewed but I just missed it.These days I am using it quite regularly so decided to share my views.
Whenever I use a product from L'Oreal, my expectation rises considering the price tag they offer.But to be honest after trying so many products from different brands I have realized that price tag has no relationship with the quality.Now lets move further to see how this one fares.

I have tried and reviewed the Diamond Black shade from the range which is a greyish black pretty shade.The one I am reviewing today is Profound Black, a basic deep black shade.Honestly speaking nothing can replace BLACK! The packaging is gorgeous like always. L'Oreal generally never disappoints in this section.The brush that comes along is good and helps me get wings beautifully.I don't think it would draw extremely thin lines,but I don't care as I don't need it.
A piece of advise from me - Once you try a gel-liner,you'll never want to try some other kind of liner.The finish is just so intense, rich, pigmented and the L'Oreal scores full marks here also.The gel liner sits in a beautiful pot and is not very creamy (Good Point !).It glides nicely ,though mine has dried slightly as it has been more than a year I have it.This is a common issue with gel liners as they need to be carefully stored,not exposed to air if you don't want them to dry quickly, otherwise microwave is always your savior.
It sets within few seconds to a beautiful semi matte finish with no shimmers present.It is completely waterproof, sweat-proof and tear-proof as per the claims but is not sebum-proof.I have very oily lids and the formula is not completely smudge-proof as eyelids turn oily.It doesn't cracks ,budges but slight smudging occurs towards the corner where wing starts.It doesn't transfers to the upper lids though I keep blotting oil in intervals.
If you don't get oily lids this can be the best liner to try as it stays pretty much the whole day.I just have slight issues due to my natural tendency to get oily face.The removal is quite easy and just an oil based remover is all one needs to remove every trace of it.

Overall I would say that L'Oreal Super Liner Gel Intenza in Profound Black is completely waterproof,smudges slightly and has beautiful black intense texture. The staying power is good and if you don't get oily lids it is a good try.I do have the same problem but works pretty well for me as well.
