Gone are the days when we have to keep stuffing our skin with chemically laden products because ultimately the product penetrates our skin and moves in our blood stream.Now being more aware of the products we use on our skin , more and more brands are coming up with harmful chemical free products.Many of these brands do not test on animals which is again a great thing.I have compiled few of the brands which have come up with organic skin & hair care products.The brands mentioned below are in no particular order.

1)Kama Ayurveda is a luxury Ayurvedic brand which brings together holiness of ancient ayurveda with authentic wellness products.All products are internationally certified and they donot contain artificial colours,artificial fragrance,animal ingredients, petrochemicals, parabens, urea, propylene glycol or sulphates. Completely safe for the skin the products are worth splurging for.Personally I am a big fan of their rose water and having used other products from the range as well I recommend trying their products.Check the website here.
2)Forest Essentials is another luxury Ayurvedic brand which fuses ancient wisdom with modern aesthetic.The products are basically categorized in Facial Care, Body Care, Hair Care and Wellness category.Their philosophy is to embody the products with the 5 basic elements of nature that is, Space,Air,Fire,Water and Earth.Even though the products are expensive,some of them need to be tried once because of their exotic fragrance and quality.But I wish they print the entire ingredient list rather than just the key ingredients.Check the website here.
3)Natural Bath and Body offers unique formulated organic products for skin care which are free of parabens, sulfates, harmful colorants, preservatives, fragrances, and other abrasive cosmetic chemicals.Old Indian Ayurvedic knowledge has been followed up keeping in mind superior quality and hygiene.Personally using many products from this brand I am quite impressed with the quality and natural fragrance of products.They also have a monthly subscription bag where you get few sample products in a pouch so that you can test the products without getting the actual full sized products for just Rs 399.To know more about Products and other details visit here.

5)Just Herbs offer great variety of Ayurvedic Beauty products which are free from petrochemicals, parabens, SLS/SLES PEG/PPG, Genetically modified ingredients(GMO) and other synthetic ingredients.I have used the lip balm from this brand which has become one of my favourite products recently and I would love to try other products from the same range.Check their website here.
6)Fuschia is a skin care organic brand which promises to deliver SLS ,Paraben and Phlates free products which are not tested on animals.I like that the products are reasonably priced ,have a good range and are chemical free.I received one of their product in one of my subscription bags which worked decent for me.Available on various online platforms as well on their website.Check here.
7)Organic Harvest makes organic skin and hair care products free of Parabens,Mineral Oils,Animal Ingredients and added colour. 8)Bio Bloom is another brand which offers products made from 95% Natural ingredients that are free from all harmful chemicals like Parabens, Sulphates, Petrochemicals & Heavy Metals.They have a good range of products including baby care also.The products are priced somewhere between affordable and expensive and hence can be given a try for the claims they offer.To know more about them visit here.
