So basically there is an eyeshadow palette and a diary housed in a pastel pink diary case.Diary has few folders to keep notes (makeup notes😉 ) and a tiny heart shaped mirror.It would be pointless to describe the cuteness of this kit as Too Faced masters in awe striking packaging.Have a look at the beauty of this set.💜💜💜

The diary is overloaded with cuteness 😍 . It is a leatherette zip-around cover with built-in heart shaped mirror.Agenda has two sticker sheets loaded with funky graphics.It has various tutorials based on monthly themes which one can practice, play with colours and add notes..Isn't it fun! Eyeshadow palettes are the most attractive part of makeup and this one doesn't fails to impress.Assorted mattes, shimmers and mettalics makes it a versatile choice.Also, it is accompanied by an Illuminator,Blush and a Bronzer.Along with the palette and diary it has the eyeconic 'Better Than Sex Mascara' and 'Melted Matte Long-wear Lipstick in Sell Out.

Every shade has different pigmentation, though I have noticed that dark mattes and metallic shades have the best opacity.They have a creamy-powdery texture and certain shades work best with fingers.They stay on my oily lids for good few hours and I use Laura Mercier eye primer underneath to elongate the stay. Obviously, primer enhances the stay.The eyeshadows have a good quality and few of the shades have certainly made to my favorites.They are Unwrap Me (Gorgeous metallic fuchsia) , Plum Pudding (Burgundy metallic), Slay bells (Duo-chromatic pink), Santa's Helper (Black with silver shimmers) ,Pinecone (matte burgundy),Spiked Cider (Peach-brown), Love Actually (Matte mauve brown) and Party Over Here (Metallic Golden).
Illuminator is slightly yellow toned but looks gorgeous, Blush is Peach-Pink which would suit fair to medium Indian tones and a bronzer which again would suit fair to medium tones beautifully.

Better Than Sex mascara is my current go-to mascara and I would certainly to do a full review in a separate post. Melted Matte Lipstick in Sell Out is an extremely pretty peach nude shade which looks MLBB shade on me.It stays for long and has a comfortable formula.

Overall I am quite happy with the Boss Lady Beauty Agenda Kit. Everything is cute, cheerful, colourful..The Diary Case accompanies a Deluxe sized Mascara, Melted Matte Lipstick, Blush, Bronzer, Illuminator , 24 Assorted beautiful eyeshadows and a 2018 planner.I find it better than Grand Hotel Cafe as the agenda case is quite useful unlike the cafe box.What else do you need this new year!!
