If you have been my blog reader you must be aware that Elle 18 products have always been dear to me for the quality and pricing they offer. Elle 18 has just launched a new kajal in the retractable form.Such packaging are just so convenient to use and this being the reason for their popularity.

Pink graphics on black pencil looks so chic and just see how amazingly it matches my blog theme <blush>  but the packaging is not very sturdy though not even flimsy.Cap shuts properly and it is travel friendly without creating any mess. Kajal is creamy and glides delivering a good black pigmentation in a single swipe.It is tad more intense then the new Lakme eyeconic 22 hours.Initially it is glossy  but then it sets to nice sheen.On application due to creaminess it takes around 5 minutes to turn smudge proof. It does smudges but to a tolerable limit.On oily lids obviously smudging would enhance so make sure to mattify eye lids to increase longevity.

I have tried it for 7 hours and it was very much there hence the staying power is around 7+ hours which is pretty decent.On rubbing it fades instead of turning in racoon eyes.I have extremely oily lids and so it does transfers like most of the kajal do..If you are planning to use it as an eyeliner it can be a nice choice but since I do not use kohl on my lower lash line so cannot comment on that part.

The only not so good point is that it is not completely smudgeproof and takes time to set.Apart from this it is opthalmologically tested and is suitable for contact lens users.The formula is waterproof and oil based cleansers will easily remove it.

In a nutshell the new Elle 18 Eye Drama Kajal is decently priced so that it doesn't hurts your pocket and anyone can easily afford it. Moreover the pigmentation is amazing and it glides nicely.Even though it is not completely smudgeproof but at this price I don't want wonders.I recommend trying this kajal.
