If sporting crisp defined winged eyes is your style then this would be your best buddy.One should choose liners which dry quickly and for this the consistency should not be very liquid-y.After all who has the time to wait for them to dry up else they transfer to the the upper lid.The decent ones I have tried are Maybelline Hyper Glossy Liner(Rs 300) and Lakme Absolute Gloss Artist Liner(Rs 600) for that gloss like finish.If matte liner is your preference then Sugar Eye Told You So Waterproof Eyeliner(Rs 300) and Maybelline Hyper Matte Liquid Liner(Rs 300) is a good choice.These liners can be easily removed without any mess and do not smudge.

PEN/FELT TIP EYELINER

Pen form liners are best if you are a beginner in makeup and when you need fuss free application especially for touchup's. They are good to draw winged liner and are easy to work with but the tip generally tends to dry after sometime hence always store them upside down.We have various brands in India with their own version.The decent ones that I have tried are Lakme Absolute Precision Liquid Liner(Rs 475) , Stila All Day Waterproof Liquid Eye Liner ( $20 )and Pik Studio Eyeliner(Rs 100)

These liners are not very popular among women and we generally tend to avoid them because of the brush and pot packaging which is not very convenient for touch ups.It is used professionally and various brands have a version of it.Brush gives precision and they have a very nice smooth texture but the drawback of them is that they dry out quickly so one should not leave them open. Maybelline Gel liners are the cheapest and the most popular one.I have tried the brown shade of it which I would be discussing in some other post. Loreal Super Liner Gel is a good option to choose from which costs approx Rs 900.Review would be coming soon for that.My new discovery is the Music Flower Gel liner which comes in a set of 2 priced around Rs 200 and is easily available online.
KAJAL LINER
They come in a lipstick like packaging and sometimes even come in a fancy pot.I have tried various brands but these kajals are not smudgeproof even though they are pigmented and very black. Atleast for eyeliner look one should avoid them. Elle 18, Biotique, Patanjali, Lotus, Blue Heaven, Shahnaaz Hussain etc have such kajals.

PENCIL EYELINER
The most common form of eyeliners come in a pen form which can be both sharpen-able and retractable.Also they can be used both on upper and lower lash line.Creating a wing using them can be a little difficult as the tip blunts.Smokey eyes can be best created using these kajal liners.We have a plethora of options in the market.I have used various of them like Sephora Retractable Eyeliner-Matte Black(Rs 845),Lotus Hypnotica Eye Contour Definer(Rs 225),Lakme Eyeconic Kajal(Rs 210),Elle 18 eye drama twist up kajal(Rs 135),Loreal Silkissme liner(Rs 575) ,Maybelline Super Black Colossal(Rs 300)
