Mascara's are my most favorite part of makeup as I love the doll eye look it helps achieve.Mascara changes the way my eyes look.I just have very regular eye lashes and nothing very fancy about them.Defined eye lashes just look so feminine and I am always in search for some magic mascara that makes my lashes look dramatic.Almost an year back I was in MAC store and was trying some random stuff and this caught my attention.The shape of bottle is quite curvy and eye catchy and I tried it instantly.I liked the way it did something to my eyes.Well it comes at a whooping price for Rs 1800 so my expectations increased drastically.

The bristles are very tiny and it was first time I tried this kind of a brush.The liquid is quite thick and creamy and dark black.Apart from coating the lashes properly it adds a nice length and curls them.For my eyelashes it does nothing much to the volume as such and therefore it is a very nice lengthening,separating and curling mascara only.It does gives a nice fanned look.I have been using this since quite a long time and it stays on forever without budging or flaking.The formula doesn't weigh down the lashes,dries quickly and holds lashes nicely.Since it is not waterproof the removal is not a trouble and comes off easily using an oil based remover.The only drawback is that it becomes difficult to cover the inner corner lashes due to thick wand and it should have added more volume then this could have been my holy grail.

Overall I would say that MAC In Extreme Dimension 3D Black Lash Mascara is a good separating, lengthening and curling mascara.A kind of mascara with which I can easily forget an eyelash curler due to the lift it provides.I am sure one can find a good dupe of it in affordable range.But if you are willing to splurge you can give it a try.
