The best combination I like to sport in summers is a comfortable outfit and bright makeup.Denims are favored all season round and skirts look great with any casual outing.Off shoulder top can be paired with a pair of jeans or a peppy pencil skirt.But I have an inclination towards skirts as I find them very feminine and graceful.
